Yup..I saw tis project fencing up ,by developer,about 2year + ago .about July 2019..yes .as Yiu know .delay also cause by covic..that tine .I alredsy stsrt call up/register with developer..I stay nearby .in kd itself , so I very familiar there ...I am new new member In tis group..only allow 3post/per12 hours or so . may delay to next day, only can reply, share info in tis website..thanks..

Hi guys, any idea whether DHILL residence worth to invest or own stay?

Noted that the project combine 4 units of Selangor Rumahku each floor for tower A and there will be 1 arce of land which is under PKNS for future development.

Any master can give some advice bcoz i saw the site and it is quite quiet and peaceful.

Tis vacant pkns land, is for future developing school..worth or not,is depend..up to individusl like to have retail shop attach with it not . Too high density..did you compare the nearby Residency Mahogany fully residentual project?

Yup. I had went to Residency Mahogany for viewing but a water tank next to the project so we dislike. 2nd consent is the reputation on developer.
The psf is RM670. As compare to damansara perdana project i still prefer here as is just next to the nature. Thanks guys for ur info n please share if any master have any comment on the DHILL project.

Yes .right, can undestand the big tank issue ..I myself book the unit there .I don't mind ,cause my plan is I want tis area and want fully residential..( don't like retail..). Dhill, main issue, high price, but join with Ku unit, with retail, high dense, later will come out another school..initially I book the unit facing the forest. Then ,later I rejected. Is ok..up to individual preference.

The unit facing forest,no more..then , the unit facing outside , main road ( T junction ), if you guy don't mind also, is not issue ..if waiting another block .price will up again..but the good point is very reputable developer,,no worry la . So, you still looking around other project?

I think the 1 acre pkns land that mention above, is refer to the land /area that, now still have trees / border of drainage of the existing apartment. That vacant land, is for developing school, as stated in the big signboard . This school is next to the dhill project itself ..also can say, that tis is opposite road to the Polo club bungalow entrance

Well the good thing is convenient and location i would say. It's closed to amenities, public transport (MRT), DASH highway, Shops, Schools and etc. If you like nature view, Definitely a plus point.
Psf price are acceptable, most important size is good enough for ownstay. If you're looking for investment pov, it might need some time...well, by the time it complete, should be better and better.
Compared to damansara perdana, here is better la. HAHA~

Anyone interested to know more or e-brochures, viewing, can private message me ya. In charge of this project now.

Same.. after viewed Dhill, Mahogany and damansara perdana projects and i decided n settled for DP… why? Because i like the surrounding of DP as next to hill n nature like u said.. also in term of amenities like easy access to Penchala link and LDP.. also Ikea, 1 Utama n The curve.. then i feels DP better than Kota Damansara
