New Sunway project beside Kota Damansara Community Forest Reserve. Hearsay 825sf onwards for 2 rooms. Not much details yet.

Price not confirmed but looks decent enough for ownstay!

Must see the land size first. Mostly surrounded by mid low end condo like d rozelle and mid cost apartment opposite. On the other side got big bungalows.

They have 825 sq ft to 1,240 sq ft, with 2 - 4 bedrooms. With retails downstairs, i think it might be commecial titled and since it's in KD, i think is leasehold.
