Just a generic reply on MCMC, ur report will close soon.
This type of report is kinda technical, only small amount of user will pay attention to this.
Since only small user base report this, it's not big enuff to pressure the company.
Don't think any publisher will even pickup and publish this and this is pretty sad.

Rn it looks like we only have few options to try.
1. Create a MCMC report template, we just fill in the details and do a mass report on MCMC. *maybe you can share ur template since u ald reported on MCMC.
2. Write a letter to KKMM to the minister, ANNUAR MUSA (I doubt he will understand this, coz he said 5G can finally watch 1080p video smoothly lol Link)
3. Write to publishers, hope that they will pick up this issue.

First, you need to go thru #1 before #2, to make sure that you did report it on a proper channel before going thru the Gov. You are required to attach MCMC report no. and your technical findings in the email.
For #2, I've done that during PH era to demand for Fiber, the KKMM office did reply, but basically it's just a same thing, they will forward it to MCMC and MCMC forward to TM again lol. Luckily, I did manage to get it. TM even sent a representative to reach out to me. Anything, I just email or whatsapp that person. Annnnnd the good times gone, with the Gov rn, i just donno what to say.. smh.

After that we need netizens to make enuff noise if not they won't even bat an eye on us.
