Eh? I hope not. Later after the trial ends will they automatically upgrade me to 800 and make me pay more?
How can I check?
*
After the end trial period, the speed will automatically back to your original speed.

You will get charged the package price of 800Mbps if you inform TM that you want to continue with the 800 Mbps speed after the trial period.

i think something wrong with undersea cable. i did a ping test with US server using Ookla, TM>US very slow. i get 200ping and download 6mbps, upload 2mbps. within malaysia i get full speed. i checked a few days ago.. xD

TM have messed up their network routing, it is getting worse now. Their network engineers messed up something I think. Other ISP such as Time have no issue like this.

Complaining to TM goes fall on deaf ears. Internet speed, ping and jitter to international servers is worse especially during peak hours.

Sorry I might sound like a newbie asking this, but how do I enable IPV6 on my house Unifi? And will it fix the packet loss I’m facing at night everyday?
*
By default, IPV6 is enabled for all Unifi users.

Does latency improve by changing DNS away from TM default?
*
Changing DNS does not improve latency but using a VPN will improve the latency.
