more likely oracle ingress traffic still using NTT. the ping still 170++

NTT has divert HK traffic to JPY but still unable cope the huge traffic flow.

start from 2:50pm another round massive loss packet over JP,US West,HKG

can kindly advise , there is a customer site using TIME fibre with fortigate vpn ipsec to hong kong site for server application uses. for past few days users report there is connection intermittent and the server application lagging. ping to the hkg server application results show few request timed out. local internet accessing is no issue, normal ( email, other websites etc..) additionally no changes done between the local and hkg network in recent time.

so can we assume or conclude this may relate to this submarine cable issue? there is no mention of this issue in TIME website, only in TM website. please also advise if TIME are sharing TM infra or doesn't matter which local isp , if overseas cable fault involved it will affect all local ISPs. would appreciate your feedback for better understandings . Thank you.

My apartment internet ping suddenly increase by 196 ms
I ask the technician, it said impacting part of malaysia ISP and we happen to be one of the victim due to this submarine cut.
I think my provider is TIME, anyone others also go affected by it?

MAXIS ride on unifi , so how come there are better? Time not serving in my area. So better keep for unishit as they has faster reaction to issues.
