Yes, that true. For 480sf, 850sf and 1080sf, all need queue by Letter Offer , bcoz all unit been reserved . So far, more than 1500 units SPA is signed ...

Are you agent or representative from developer?

If your information is true 1500/2000 = 75% signed rates rough estimate.

My friend told me he is still in the q for the 480 sq ft unit.
Came to me as odd as the project is leasehold, located in pudu which is inhabited by a lot of foreigners, adjacent to red light district and selling at rm780 to rm800 psf.

Essentially not in an "atas" location.

do you know the location of Skyline or just look at the comment near lowyat? red district, a lot foreigner, u think is gerlang ,it's ? Which location is considered atas?

I am really hesitate now, should i cancel booking on Astrum ampang and change to SKYLINE pudu ?? seem like this project more attracted.. just visited the sales gallery ytd

My own view. Skyline KL is better.
1. Within town Center.
2. Plot ration lower. The “project land size” is around 6.98 acres.Around 3.98 acres for 4 building blocks and the balance 3 acres is current LRT TRACK was acquired from Railway Assets Corp (RAC).

Correction, the project land size around 6.84 acres.
After minus the access way, approx 3 acres for building structure is about right.

20 plus floor for 480 sq ft is abt rm383,000 after rebate. This translates to almost rm800psf isn't it?

Smoke and mirrors again. Yes the land plot which houses the lrt station is 6.8 acres. But the actual lease agreement is for 2.99 acres to build this development. That 3 acres of land is not being used for your development in any way. So just call it as it is - 2.2k units on 3 acres of land. It is denser than M Vertica and I would label it ultra high dense. Why can’t people just call a spade a spade. Untruthful marketing is the bane of a consumer’s life.

A glorified brothel and foreign worker dorm at best.

Chill ler.. Every project got pros and cons. Who don't know atas smell good, problem is wallet not allowed ma.
