My friend told me he is still in the q for the 480 sq ft unit.
Came to me as odd as the project is leasehold, located in pudu which is inhabited by a lot of foreigners, adjacent to red light district and selling at rm780 to rm800 psf. Essentially not in an "atas" location. |

I am really hesitate now, should i cancel booking on Astrum ampang and change to SKYLINE pudu ?? seem like this project more attracted.. just visited the sales gallery ytd
