I think the spoilage factor is compounded if you have a pool or other wet area above you.
Hot air rises so yea on a warm day you’ll feel it but nowadays since you have facilities etc on rooftop it’s treated and won’t be so bad compared to the sun shining down on a blank concrete surface. Apart from that, you will enjoy better view vistas albeit at the increased price. Just depends if it’s truly worth it. |
