Hmm before i encounter this issue. Check with local bank 1st. If they have no issue or they're not the one blocking the transaction. Open a ticket at customer service. And ask SE to whitelist your card.
It happens to me alot before. Im using my CIMB debit card for payment. Now no more issue since 2016.

My card got issue with Eu SE store. Used Paypal. I'm assuming the system will check IP address. Immediately used the code and no issue.

last time i spoke to Maybank, they said they auto block cards for gaming websites cause alot of cases ppl say it's fraud.

ok this is weird. i pre ordered ew from eu se store back in august. got the earrings and minion no problem. and in mogstation the endwalker expansion is ticked. but this morning i got an email said they can't process my order? i use paypal option when i try to pre order last time and got through just fine.



if i cancel the order do i lost the earrings in the game or something? lol

my endwalker in mogstation is also ticked but i received email from SE EU store saying they couldnt process my order.. so what happens now? I tried to "debit now" and make payment with paypal, says error.. then when i try with my maybank visa CC.. it says fraud lmao.. now im not sure how to actually make the order go through eventho i have endwalker ticked in my mogstation

I am having the EXACT same problem also. Currently payment option is PayPal, but today receive email saying payment processing error. When I try to change payment option, SE store don't accept VISA card or credit card.

Previously I encountered problem with "Debit Now", my order got cancelled multiple times when I tried using that option. Don't know what to do now.... worried cannot play when EW release 🥲

I cancelled my order and reordered the game with paypal. the payment got through. my maybank card got charged and got the order confirmation email from se with the activation keys. so hopefully all good.

in mogstation my endwalker is still ticked but i guess that's because my cancelled pre-order is still pending and waiting for a confirmation email then maybe i can use the new activation code

the tick is probably "early access" only, codes for actual endwalker will not be posted till near early access like 2-3 days before.

i already been this phase since SB & SHB. Always 👏 pay 👏 early 👏 .



For those having issues.

there only 2 things in mind where u fail to pay the pre-order.

1) Ur bank issuer did block
2) ur bank issuer didn't even received the payment request.

if ur on 1, make sure to call bank to allow.
if ur on 2, is ur IP being block by SE. this is no way around it even if u go through support centre. maybe wait 24 hours, try cancel old order and try again.

Dropping by to say that I used my ambank debit card through paypal in the squenix EU store page to pay and it works! I originally tried my maybank card and it didn't work like some of you guys as well.

The queue times are a killer for more populated servers.

10,800 queue at Tonberry now.... Havent been able to login since afternoon.

Just change to other world instead of tonberry, that world is overpopulated since ARR launch till then.

I would advise you to login in the mornings. Or queue in advance. You can try Remote Desktop Connections to your PC just to queue if you are in office. You will have to keep your PC on and port 3389 forwarded to your PC as well. To allow multiple connections so that you can keep your "user" account logged in, you will need this.

anyone having issue with latency during peak hours after unifi announced the submarine cable issue on 25th Dec?

EDIT: Ah unifi just updated the issue is resolved in #unifialert, will try my latency again tonight after work.

UPDATE: Tested my latency after unifi marked the issue as resolved. still have ping spike during peak hours 8-11pm but not as severe as before

Pretty much just buy endwalker and subcribe. I think since stormblood or shadowbringer. They include past expansion when you the newest expansion.
Check gmg see if got any sales. Remember to buy the correct region code for your account.

I see, i tot i saw complete edition selling with all previous expansion. Mine shud be EU version. I cant find gmg selling endealker tho. Probably they stopped retailer sales?

Really doubt they stop retailling. GMG need change vpn to EU country like germany etc. In order to buy. At least that's waht i did before.
Or check the offical site. Im not sure if you can redeem complete edition with your account since you got previous license on it.

hmm if you have base game already, you cannot get complete edition, it will be waste of money and your account cannot be upgraded (only if you're free trial you can opt to complete edition.)

If you have
1) Free trial -> buy complete edition
2) Base game(arr) -> buy endwalker expansion only.

Using Time 1Gbps. Did alliance and normal raid roulette. No issue for me.

kinda lag for me at night too for jp server. need vpn only no lag.

I've been getting lag spikes like crazy ever since the undersea cable broke in Dec 2021. Using unifi with cable. Never had an issue before that.
Anyone having same issues?

Oh good to know you guys have the same issue. Actually I've been borrowing my friends Mudfish launcher (VPN) to improve the lag, but just 2 days ago I had RTOs on the VPN instead, and disconnecting it in fact gave me a smooth connection again lol. The lag spikes so far is random for me, but higher chance at peak hours. Please update again if your Unifi connectivity gets better or worse, I also wanna know haha.

On another note, free trial is available again so we might be back to congested servers.

ah is it tat lagging? like tat maybe i need think twice about playing... last time i remember i quit because the delay is killing me. the game is not delay tolerant. remember at trials there keep kena the boss 1 hit ko becos delay.

Yes need to buy them seperately. Better to use debit/credit card for cheaper sub.

Hi guys, would like to enquire about FF14, if i sub for only 1 mth, will i get to ply latest expansion ? after sub expired will i still able to lv up and able to ply all expansion ? something similar to SWTOR.

If you bought the game before. You need to buy the latest expansion in order to play. Orelse you will to buy the complete edition + sub in order to play. OR make a trial account and tried it. I think they removed the time period for free tirals and lets you play till heavenswards/lvl 60. (I maybe wrong pls correct me if im wrong).

Complete edition include 30 days sub iirc (this edition is only for new account)
Endwalker expansion doesnt include 30 days sub so you need to buy the expansion itself + sub 30 days in order to play.
If your sub is expired. You wont be able to access the game unelss there's a free game time event.

Facebook and Youtube(goog) has local peering connection in Malaysia, unlike eg. japan server where our pc at home need to connect to japan.

I just started playing on steam , a lvl 60 paladin and lvl 40 warrior , i know im kinda screwed playing it on steam on free trial since its not available for purchase on steam

Question is how are you guys playing it? How much is the monthly payment in ringgit? Have never experienced any lag spiked on steam before.

Am on Sophia DC i know you cant have ur account transferred from steam to non steam and i dont mind playing it back from scratch.
