ok this is weird. i pre ordered ew from eu se store back in august. got the earrings and minion no problem. and in mogstation the endwalker expansion is ticked. but this morning i got an email said they can't process my order? i use paypal option when i try to pre order last time and got through just fine.



if i cancel the order do i lost the earrings in the game or something? lol

I cancelled my order and reordered the game with paypal. the payment got through. my maybank card got charged and got the order confirmation email from se with the activation keys. so hopefully all good.

in mogstation my endwalker is still ticked but i guess that's because my cancelled pre-order is still pending and waiting for a confirmation email then maybe i can use the new activation code
