anyone having issue with latency during peak hours after unifi announced the submarine cable issue on 25th Dec?

EDIT: Ah unifi just updated the issue is resolved in #unifialert, will try my latency again tonight after work.

UPDATE: Tested my latency after unifi marked the issue as resolved. still have ping spike during peak hours 8-11pm but not as severe as before
