WHO IS GOING TO BE CGS MALAYSIA GENERAL MANAGER?

The birds told me there's strong competition for Malaysian GM.
A number of established figures in our local eSports scene is competing for the spots. So for now, we can breath easily as the pple that competing for the GM spots are people that actually know about gaming. But, who's going to be victorious?

I heard that GM receive around USD 9,000 per month. Big money!

The big USD 30,000 for the winner also got so many pple attracted. Some of these pple might have to sacrifice a lot of things. Are you willing to do the same?

Good question Chapree, I'm wondering who's the GM myself. How is he/she selected? How is the selection process? Is the GM someone who knows about our local eSports scene or just the sponsor's choice? USD9k/mth is a lot of money, I'm sure many ppl are just hungry for this. And because of this fact alone, the event won't be about gaming anymore, but money.

For the winners of this event, what are the actual terms of the contract? We get only 2 weeks before the event begins, why so rushed? Can the winners actually PLAN to be on call 24/7 whole year to serve the contract with such a short notice?

If someone who has indepth knowledge about this, please enlighten us all.

lol ive already seen a number of wannabe candidates myself actually
but im not gonna tell who that is because they are just "wannabes" xD
and wont know who will really get selected in the end

the contract last for a year for gamers
as for GM probably its a year as well
for the GM selection, i think its more based to the CGS admin choice
well 2 weeks is still early for me, compared to a week for CGS singapore

GM receive 50K usd per year and player 30K usd per year.

If I'm not mistaken you will only gain that if you're top 4 in the Pan-Asia Championship.
I've also heard is a 5 year contract but not sure how true is that.

The organizers of malaysia region also making their preparation for it already. There's also rumours about GM already been selected.

I heard the tea lady from Astro is gonna get picked as the GM of the Malaysian Franchise and that she is demanding a 50% salary donation from anyone that wants to get drafted.

Thats what I heard.

I also heard that if you sign the draft contract, you'll have to sign it in blood and pledge your allegiance to the ORDER OF THE EMO RANGERS (OOTER)

I also heard that Chapree is actually coming up with a recipe for the ultimate epic cup of teh tarik which he plans to unveil during the CGS draft.
