It took me around 1 week to design this by myself, constantly making changes trying to make the space as practical as possible while adapting Scandinavian/Minimal style that my partner and I wanted.
Any contractor here would like to provide their service to renovate my house? Please do DM me and we can discuss further.

Any pro IDs here who can give feedbacks to my designs will be much appreciate thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Looking good! I see you using this homestyler.com to do it, gonna give mine a go!

I've been using SketchUp to plan mine, but I don't know how to render the 3D like this one with the lighting haha... and my ID slow  sweat.gif I usually just draw them out first to have a visual, only let them do the render.
*
Hi I am using homestyler.com. At first I tried SketchUp, but it's somewhat immediate to me so I didn't continue with SketchUp. They give free rendering using token. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

The lighting feature really make the whole design pop!

Just be aware there's some limitation to this software. For example, if you want to remove something out of a 3D model you can't. That's why my under staircase storage is so cacat...

wow awesome. i've been trying homestyler for a week as well. but I still can't figure out how to do 'customise' kitchen cabinets (size and design).

but you have done a great job with lighting there.  thumbsup.gif

I have a suggestion, if you can't find your desire cabinet in homestyler, you can find 3d model online that are free. Then upload these model into homestyler. smile.gif

nice sharing.. i will be received my key soon but mine was a condo unit instead.. just a question for the electrical work, i saw the contact in your spreadsheet mentioned astrosonic and you did mentioned in earlier post that your brother will be working on your house electrical work, so astrosonic is your brother's company?
*
You are correct, astrosonic is my brother' company. You may contact him to discuss your renovation work.

Wow nice design there bro  thumbup.gif
Just curious so u will not put dining table and use island instead?
*
Thanks! Yup, came to this conclusion we never use our dining table at current home as we like to watch Netflix and eat. So will grab breakfast on island and have lunch/dinner on coffee table and sit on a nice and comfy rug.

DESIGN DRAFT RENDERS 2.0

After having a zoom meeting with another potential ID firm, I've decided to make some amendments to my renders so potential ID firm can better understand what my partner and I want our home to look like. Currently still in the midst of looking for ID firm/contractor then by next year VP I'll shortlist my ID firm to start work!

Due to Lowyat image upload limit, I can only give link to my designs for anyone that is interested.
