1) Deposit RM8k
2) wait 30 days
3) then able to claim 1 AAPL
4) Can withdraw back RM8K into your bank account

Are there anymore terms and conditions?

MPIKmake sure you start the countdown timer. Moomoo received my bank-in at 5:30pm (as per the email notification) but my countdown only started at 8pm once i trigger the countdown

same for me.
their t&c stated very clearly amount will be credited within 3 working days after redeem of voucher.
i claimed the RM100 cash voucher on 3/3/24, now 7/7/24 is the 4th working days, still did not receive anything at all.

really all sorts of issues happening 1 after another

1st the Grab RM50 voucher misleading campaign.
now outright violation of own t&c on cash voucher crediting.

what's next???

Stock market is meant for speculation no?

The $50 Grab voucher timer still running but already finished. T&C clearly states "MAY" give AAPL share, not "WiLL" give AAPL share.

that is gambling.. long term investors will do as much research as they can before buying a stock.
read financial reports, news, check all the ratios etc before deciding.

this voucher shown as "used" since 3/mar/2024...
but i didnt see any money added to my account...

i think quite a number of ppl including me facing this problem.

i claimed on 3/3/24, nothing as of today 7/3/24 too.

their t&c stated very clearly 3 trading days.

supposedly the amount by hook or by crook 6/3/24 must be credited already.

reported to their cs, they say will issue the matter to their relevant dept and ask us check back within 1 to 3 days

check daily statement. mine got showed coupon minus

I encountered the same problem too.

I raised this question to the CS. They say there is a technical back end problem, and they are currently solving it.

ya. voucher show used.
but no cash into our balance

hopefully no fiasco or so called technical prob during claim of APPL share ltr

Just to confirm, if anyone newly signed up, still can claim the apple share or they removed it?

meaning we need to convert the amount inside the account to USD first then only can buy US shares?
