Mattrock you can actually send MYR to USD straight to Moomoo SG via Wise (but no USD->MYR withdrawal route for now)
do note that every transaction made in Moomoo MY has a 0.1% tax so if you trade that Ringgit often (buy/sell/buy/sell/buy/sell etc) it may still be cheaper for you to send to Moomoo SG even if you incur MYRSGD (0.4%) and SGDUSD (another 0.4%) forex loss
if you only buy and hold till you retire (10-20 years down the line), obviously sticking to Moomoo MY is better (ignoring Wise MYRUSD route, or future USDMYR integration)

Barricade u can actually directly convert MYR->USD using wise. should be cheaper than MYR -> 0.3% -> SGD -> 0.5% (Moomoo SG) -> USD

I tried yesterday, via vpn and website, selected as malaysian, but stucked at the invalid NRIC. Tried NRIC without dash, with dash, with space, all invalid. Cant proceed further. - just register with Moomoo MY first, then Moomoo SG

EX Unseen Forces i don't know how comfortable you are with IBKR. that's what i use.
i currently have moomoo MY, moomoo SG (via MY), IBKR. only using Moomoo MY to get their welcome gifts, Moomoo SG for SGD cash funds, IBKR for my actual trades
