PKGreat you can only sell fractional shares during normal trading hours (9:30pm-4am). the only broker that supports fractional shares outside of normal hours that i know of is Robinhood. so i recommend you sell all in 1 shot during those hours. if you do it twice, you'll pay transaction fees twice

propriete better hope your bank is DBS QUOTE Moomoo, Webull, IBKR are all in the DBS network. Moving USD between any of these brokers there won’t be any fees.
In fact if you happen to hold any USD in let’s say DBS you can use moomoo to convert to SGD with lower fees. QUOTE Yes, don’t use OCBC, just stay within DBS network which are the brokers I listed. I can 100% confirm no charge will be applied to you, i’ve been receiving salary in USD and I’ve tried moving things around on USD, experimenting which combinations incurs fee.
