Regular Senior Member 1,426 posts Joined: Jan 2005 From: Jln Sg Besi, Taiping	uhm, I miss out a quite important question again before I start to mod, the mod process need decent internet connection right? cause now my jaring is not really stable, will it be any effect if like I mod half way, my connection disconnect, what will happen?

Extract the Phone XS 1.68 to your PC then create a folder name "files_to_upload" in the same folder of Phone XS 1.68 like the print screen below 3. Then inside the "files_to_upload" folder, create subfolder which are /tpa/preset/system/menu. Which mean inside "files_to_upload" folder create a new folder called "tpa" then inside tpa folder create a folder called "preset" and so on till "menu" folder. 4. Open the program 'XS++' Connect your phone to XS++. To connect your phone to XS++, you have to.. Turn off your phone Click 'Connect' on XS++ Hold 'C' on your phone and connect your phone to the PC with the data cable If your phone gets detected by XS++ (See screenshot below), skip to step 4. Else continue with the step below. Only follow this step if your phone doesn't get detected by XS++ and you get "Found new hardware" pop up instead.(If anyone could provide me screenshot for this section, please kindly do so. I need it, ) Insert your PC Suit CD and don't do anything. Just leave the CD inside. Hold 'C' on your phone and connect your phone to the PC. Wait for the 'Found new hardware' to pop up When it pop ups, click on it and it will ask you whether to allow Microsoft Windows to search for the driver or not. Choose 'recommended' option. (It will automatically find the driver from your CD) Let the windows find the driver and soon it'll install it. This might take a few minutes. After successfully installing USB DRIVER(I'm not sure what name is it.), proceed with next step. I still cant get to it, how am I going to install the 5kb flash driver into PC? and btw, do I on/off phone during the mod? cause I saw the XS message, turn off phone?
