Can you please split the moding into 2 type.
1st post for CID 51/52 while 2nd post for CID 36/49 which is not so hot topic now ?
it will be easier for user to read.
And please make sure you take your job up to update not like the previous thread that last update was May 2007. whistling.gif and please don't because you wan your name up in the pinned thread that's why you create a new thread and never really bother to update it after that rolleyes.gif

A friendly reminder : Do all this at your very own risk. We, LYN Modder will not responsible for the failure of the modding either during process or at the end of process. We are just sharing the fun of modding and should not be held responsible for any problems that face by the person who mod it themselves.

Something very weird with my K800i.
My firmware is Europe 4 firmware instead of Asia firmware. But I manage to update to SEUS once after that can't update already sad.gif

Some firmware K800i still CID 49. Yours should be earliest firmware R1ED001 which is CID 49. Update to latest firmware only flash will save all your trouble.

You can actually flash the firmware yourself to the latest one using CID 49 tutorial. If you take to shop, they will charge you for sure. smile.gif

Just checked your CDA number. It's Vodafone UK CDA. No wonder you can't update using SEUS.

I'm using R1JG001.
For your information, the firmware you update to your phone won't let you use SEUS as well because of CDA problem. The firmware from the web is Europe based. I can't get any APAC region firmware for you.
Sorry mate.

Ok. To cut short the story, the link I give you just now are using Europe CDA and not Asia Pacific (APAC) CDA.
I did some google and found APAC CDA for you.
Here is the link here

It's ok. I think you need both FS and main just that I'm not so familiar with firmware flashing. Maybe you need to read the tutorial properly before start because once start you can't stop it.

Best of Luck.

Not really sure but I think so. It's change your firmware so that it will be in CID 51/52.

Try at your own risk tho.

K750i can only be flashed to W800i
I never come across anyone wanted to flash to W700i as W700i camera didn't come with Auto Focus.
