Actually full load 5AC+2 3300W water heater recorded w clamp meter for my house only 33A cumulative.. single phase 63A more than enough..but if 40A x1ph maybe not enough

I am wondering what type of cabling is done because for my case, i got charged higher...but again, it's just mentioning cabling also. do you know what are the extra cable?

also, if we change from single to 3 phase, does it mean we need to install additional wire from the 3 phase into our house overall? hence we need to expect additional cabling or wiring charges for whole house? or actually the cabling/connection routing just happen from meter to DB box only?

dont have the receipt anymore, and cant recall exactly

but my place was recently built back then and house cabling designed to take single phase upstairs and 3 phase downstairs (2 meters)
what they did was come and connect the cable from main to the meter
since main for my place is connected house to house, not the usual pole to house, they re-did, replace, and tidy some of the cable connected to neighbour house to make is safer for everyone

another thing I recall is they only cover a few meter of the cable (thick), any extra length needed is chargeable

U know copper price shoot up very high right?
Cabling from meter to DB box only but of course u need to distribute the 3 phases to your whole house from DB box as well..
