Unless you draw so much that you blow the distribution fuse. But to do that you either making a reactor or something lol Dangerous as its limited by cable size as explained by slimey below.QUOTE(slimey @ Apr 10 2021, 06:43 PM) limit will depend on incoming wire size and hence the size of cut-out fuse installed before the meter |

QUOTE(sdin3269 @ Apr 10 2021, 05:37 PM) How much that will be to install and will the electricity will be cheaper. TS have 4 AC, takut macam overload? I think better check your current supply amp whether its 40A or 63A first. If 63A supply it hardly max out unless you really run 5AC x4-5A ea, 20-25A 2WH x16A, 32A and vacuum 1600W 4A and electric kettle 1800W 4.5A n rice cooker n slow cooker n oven n air fryer and electric grill and bmw 330e charger all together at the same time. |

hi...do you have the breakdown cost?
I am wondering what type of cabling is done because for my case, i got charged higher...but again, it's just mentioning cabling also. do you know what are the extra cable? also, if we change from single to 3 phase, does it mean we need to install additional wire from the 3 phase into our house overall? hence we need to expect additional cabling or wiring charges for whole house? or actually the cabling/connection routing just happen from meter to DB box only? QUOTE(kevyeoh @ Dec 22 2022, 01:13 PM) hi...do you have the breakdown cost? dont have the receipt anymore, and cant recall exactlyI am wondering what type of cabling is done because for my case, i got charged higher...but again, it's just mentioning cabling also. do you know what are the extra cable? also, if we change from single to 3 phase, does it mean we need to install additional wire from the 3 phase into our house overall? hence we need to expect additional cabling or wiring charges for whole house? or actually the cabling/connection routing just happen from meter to DB box only? but my place was recently built back then and house cabling designed to take single phase upstairs and 3 phase downstairs (2 meters) what they did was come and connect the cable from main to the meter since main for my place is connected house to house, not the usual pole to house, they re-did, replace, and tidy some of the cable connected to neighbour house to make is safer for everyone another thing I recall is they only cover a few meter of the cable (thick), any extra length needed is chargeable |
