I'm not obsess, I only feel bad driving a blue car, trying to have everything in Red colour. Teaching my kid "Poor Scouser Tommy", making sure he has a kit, watching every match that I can, write here, cry when we lose the big games and when we won number 5.

QUOTE(QiQio @ Jan 17 2008, 09:12 PM) How i wish I'm at England now...so i can show how fanatic am i as a football fans...i will replace my weekly movie show at GSC to weekly football match at the stadium...ahahhaha Errr, a movie ticket in Malaysia = RM 10 - RM 12, a match ticket GBP 25 - GBP 50 (RM 175 - RM 350) depending on which club you support. I don't think so...Plus, I hardly think that going to every match quatifies as obsess or fanatic. Perhaps you should meet the likes of Duke Red, JonC, Zypher, Monstar, lolhalol and a few other to properly know what is fanatical or obsess... |

QUOTE(QiQio @ Jan 17 2008, 09:47 PM) Well...i hardly watch movie at normal class (sry if i sounded bragging)...coz i hate some idiotics keep kicking my seat...so I prefer Gold Class...which ranging from RM40-RM60 The thing I was trying to point out was that being obsessed is not merely about going to matches, there are a lot of fans here who have never been to England, but would not think twice in stabbing another person who bad mouth their team, I'm one of them... Plus, I'm not just Chelsea fan but also Torquay fan so I tin i can watch Torquay with the same price... |

QUOTE(Duke Red @ Jan 18 2008, 12:43 PM) It's really funny to see you talking and uttering profanities to yourself when you're drunk Yeah, that was a good game... Watching JonC screaming his head off, basically swearing at everything. Throw in, "can't you pass properly?", goal kick, "ooooiiiii, pass properly la" etc etc...Like you said that night Duke, I too like JonC better when he was off his head... And Duke, you should be there at Genting, you get to see the really pissed off JonC... QUOTE(JonC @ Jan 18 2008, 01:18 PM) Cue for more beers to you our next match? Want to meet your alter-ego again... QUOTE(shah_ho_nam2 @ Jan 18 2008, 10:31 PM) actually i want some peace discussion and not flaming among each other... defensive part of human being is particularly normal but being aggressive for no reason just because of small and tiny piece of comments?? i don't know.. we were all grown up like this anyway I think Duke was pointing out that too many fans are jumping to the defence of their team without thinking properly of the criticism, thus unable to mount a proper defence of why they defend the team / coach properly (I am guilty of that many a times). And they take it personally when there's a criticisim against the team. To me, the real fans are the ones who are able to see the dark / bad side of your own team. Trust me, there's ALWAYS things to improve upon. That is what I like most about our manager. Win 8 - 0, what he said? "it was a good game, but I can see that we have rooms to improve still..." instead of gloating about the success... |
