Many business and individuals can’t even take it at 3% not to mention 4% because since 1998 rates are never go beyond 4%

The problem is most business lack of savings and positive cashflow 🤦‍♀️ in Malaysia only the banks are really cash flow positive while many businesses are tied to books or credits which is why BNM very reluctant to raise rates
