Why exactly? Could be for many reasons:
1. Memory card slot is at the back and need to open back cover
2. Memory card above 4GB not supported
3. Memory card is too small and you have large fingers/misplace things
4. Other??

Which one is your reason ?

yeah la i hate the most is i need to open the back cover.....none of my ever owned phone need to open up the back cover to switch card...dammit...i only realized it after bought it....

I see...I knew about this there was no dedicated memory card cover on the phone so it had to be inside. At least it is hot-swappable so don't need to remove battery (unlike 7500 Prism).

At first I was turned off by the back cover thing as well but then I came to think about it as a good thing - less worry that my friends will "terambil" aka snipe my memory card (my data very very important you know ) when they pinjam my phone. Well, at least got double protection

1. Opening the back cover is not very direct - must press button at the top first
2. I will see that obvious move of removing the back cover... hahaha

hmm... I dont mind anyway, put it this way, the card is safe =D and 4gb is heck a lot, my 6280 runs on 512 and its lagging like hell. What is the ram for this phone?

its a good phone, but too bad, i'm not getting it.






becos its a slide phone =.= why the hell all companies are creating slides!!! I had really bad exp with my 6280 slide, 3 major breakdowns in 1 yr. can u imagine? well, if 5610 isnt a slide, its a yes for me .

yesterday i had turn it up and down for dun know how many hundread times while watching TV, it my bad habit needing to do something with my hand when watching tv, and guess what? the slide still solid stiff and not like my many years back first nokia slide phone 6111. regarding the lag response, i did not encounter it, it runs smooth smooth, i have near to 2 gb of videos and pictures, all loaded nicely smooth smooth, and i like the back part with circles, looks like instead of plain.

I was at queensbay mall (penang) yesterday and only 1 shop had both 5310 (1199) and 5610 (1399) -
Both models are really SLIM and light, i really love them but didnt buy because no promo! i feel the 5310 price is a bit on the high side when compared to SE W880 as both have almost same specs but SE has 3G.

i already tested this phone,...taking a 3.2 megapixels photos....quite nice...however, the saving process is SLOW!!!!

this phone is better than many SE phone becoz of the "Video Recording"
640X480 resolution!!!!!
even k810i only can shoot 176X144...which is cube cube video...><"

beside that, i think the "slider" that helps to slide the page or as a shortcut key....i scared that will be loose when longer time using.....

hey alkaline addict- do you have any issues with the displays so far? can you adjust the brightness? im worried about the screen display compared to samsung/SE

sorry la brother, you ask the wrong guy about screen, its been a long time i never use a phone, i had been using PDA all this while and of course cannot compare a pda lcd with a normal phone, i find it clear lor, crisp, and kindda bright la, depends on themes also.....sorry la, i really cannot tell the differences cause its been too long i didn't use a normal cell phone...i only use thise 5610 at night nia after office hour

This is an unfair comparison IMO, 5310 is a brand new just-release model, W880 is an old model and is going to be replaced by the W890 (Got read rumours ah? ). Compare W880's release price to 5310 is more balanced

what about the sound Q alkaline addict? did you use with other brand earphones?
