Hmm... I'm not sure if we can share stuff here, is it against the rules? Well, I will PM you the site I used for making it, very easy, just follow the instructions. I also know a site for free themes, some are awesome, some are not.

Nokia has their own software for themes creation, Carbide, which is fun to play with but the application is too heavy, even my 2GB RAM can't really handle it smoothly, also because I am using Vista which eats my resource like starving person.

No, the one I gave you is online making very easy. The one that will hog ur resource if you install Nokia Theme software, their developers tool, Carbide.ui S60 Theme Edition for Symbian OS. You can try if you want!
