On a more SERIOUS note, I'm very happy with Pioneer service. I reported 1 dead/stuck pixel when I 1st received the screen.

Pixel only works on red or black - no other colours.

I got my replacement today FOC - brand new and perfect.

although pixel was not too noticeable (don't tell them!) I'm very happy that they sent a technician to evaluate and were willing to exchange.

Great stuff.

In terms of 50" Kuro - XG is around 15k lah. Only the LX is 30k+ (although I have never checked price/even seen it in shops).

To me - no point getting LX - it's too damn expensive and doesn't outperform other full HD screens by that amount of money.

of course, to some of our other forummers where money no object - go ahead. (but very unlikely to have this kind of ppl visiting lowyat.net )

EDIT: to be honest - I don't know many/any other manufacturer who is willing to do this - replace whole screen for 1 stuck pixel. (so I must praise them a bit lah

sony a bit pricey for 32"

maybe in future 50" or something

sony D or V series exp..is S cheap only

but looking at specs, mostly abit similiar..

Er, u might wan to wait till April coz i heard the panny 8 series plasma is coming out on april......

PQ is most important lo...

it might be true but depends on either it is dynamic or native contrast ratio as it will be one of the factors in affecting the pq....

Just need to clarify something.

Im kind of pretty sure of getting this Sony KLV-46W300A 46inch FULL HD LCD TV.
The only thing that holding me back was it didnt have this 100htz feature....they call it Motion Flow technology.
I wonder if is really make a lot of different on thePQ.

Only 2 model has this feature, the X(f ullHD, way too expensive.) and the D(HD ready only) series.

100Hz will make a movie look like drama hehe...its very subjective...u need to compare it yurself....hope they'll come out with 2ms screens like pc monitors..
