wow, nowadays condo taken longer years to complete, year 2026 oh.

Remember their Trion said will taken 5 years for completion, but nowadays see it's progress rather fast, probably will complete before time.

Really wonder what is type C, why can so cheap de

Seems like they are banking hard at freehold, puchong and binastra brand.

Conlanfirm got people will buy but worth it or not, highly debatable.

that one mentioned is SPA price mah...

But even 5xxk, in Puchong if new project with furnished, i think also not considered expensive lah as here is the batu 14 yong tau fu area, so quite near LDP and Freehold, i think only Puchong lang appeciate the location, other area ppls probably need understand history of Puchong only can buy on the location and concept kut.

I live nearby. This area is good if you're working from home but not good for commuting. Most of the time LDP to Puchong Centre sure hit congestion pretty hard and it's just gonna get worse.

Finally Suria Garden Puchong by Binastra Land is launched on 15/11/2021, and here are some details for the benefits of Lowyat forumer thumbup.gif

Total Land 5.69 Acres,
@ Puchong Utama 2, the site nearby the Batu 14 Wet Market, opposite road from SJKC Han Ming,
recently just hoarding up with Binastra board

Total Units: 972 units
3 Towers, A, B, and C
All North or South facing only.

Tower A & B is normal open market units,
Tower A and B consist of 2 layouts only,
917sqft at corner, while intermediate all is 876sqft (both types SPA price also within RM5xxk range)
3R2B, with balcony, with kitchen, and yard
quite a practical layout as all rooms also can manage to put a queen size bed
current year end package even with furnishing bruce.gif

Tower C is mampu milik units (for 1st home buyer only) which need to apply with Selangor Gov
556sqft (2R1B & 2 Car Park) RM270k same price for all units and able for 100% loan.

Tower A is 37 Storeys, Tower B is 36 Storeys,
with quite some lifestyle facilities, like 50m pool, rooftop insta garden, badminton court and basketball court etc

Today visit showroom. Overall price worth.

The main concern is the big longkang and SAMM unit.

Developer staff said will kasih beautify the longkang. Not bad la. 👍

Should be selling very the fast.

The SAMM unit also paying the same amount per square feet for maintenance fees
