 water proofing method which is better?

Flat is the main problem

Or better just find another place to stay.
Leaking is a never ending problem.

Build a proper tiled roof over the flat concrete roof.

Once and for all. Permanent solution.

I assume you stay in a link house.

Look at your neighbors. I'm sure all of them have same issue like yours.
And I'm sure some of them build a tiled roof over it. Look around.

The place I stay now in sg petani also have this issue. Flat concrete roof. Leak.
Most of us just get a tiled roof.

All these membrane torch la, sika la, water proffing la can only last you few years. And it's not cheap
