wanna change mobo aaa? that P4P800 Deluxe is kindda hard to find nowdays ... but if u can find one do inform us here coz i think there are still plenty of members here looking for that mobo ... ur current mobo have problem ka bro? P4P800-SE is a gud mobo too

where r u from bro? i dun think the shop still selling any high end socket 478 mobo anymore .... maybe have to ask members here at LYN for 2nd hand one .... again, ur current mobo got problem ke dude?

if u want ur comp to run faster .. OC ur proc la ... ..change to high performance ram and OC kaw-kaw like most our members here ... don't waste that lovely mobo u got there .. hehe

i'm second that .... u must know about what r u doing to ur hardware when u want to OC ... u must know the things need for OC ... the fun in OC and don't forget the consequences in OC .... u need to bear all this in mind before OCing ur hardware ... if u have the guts and the stuffs, then go for it ...

dude ... r u planning to break 4GHz barrier with ur sandwich cooler later?? if yes, then go for it .... u have all the stuffs to break that 4GHz ...

dude .. b4 u wanna buy new psu .. try to calculate how much ur rig needed first .... use THIS .. choose lite version ...

dude, it's easier if u can list out all ur hardware at ur siggy like other member do ... it will help a lot for other member to help u about ur hardware things ... and as for oc .. just make sure u have all the required things b4 doing that or else u'll end up with dead pc ...

i'm on asus mobo also .. i dun see any setting in bios for u to oc in % ... .. i think u r refering to Ai Booster which is u can oc through windows only and not by entering bios ... at first i try with Ai Booster also but end up with uninstalling it and oc through bios which is more syiok to me ...

... i have to check all the bios setting first la .. maybe don notice it at all coz just follow the guide u guys gimme b4 .... that y don notice that setting ..

dude .. can u list out ur hardware and put it at ur signature .. might want to know what hardware r u using rite now ...

ur Kingstone Value Ram .. what chipset is that? Hynix? PSC? in OC, ram playing important part too ... if ur ram r not OCable ... then u have to find a gud ram OR u can OC for higher speed proc at stock ram speed by using 5:4 divider .... but first, what do u understand about OC ?

yeah .. to boost ur pc performance .... i'm also newbie in OC ... i'll help u whatever i can ... socket 478 is the easiet board to OC coz u just increase the Front Side Bus (FSB) to gain more speed of ur processor and ur ram bandwidth ... ur multiplier should be 14 rite? correct me if i'm wrong ... so for stock speed ur calculation will be like this :

2800 MHz = 200 Mhz (stock ram speed) x 14 ( cpu multiplier) ... this is with 1:1 divider

i geuss u haven't read much bout this OC things aaa? ... ok in the bios, there r three setting for divider which is 1:1 , 5:4 , and 3:2 ... it's refered to FSB:DRAM ratio. u should read this article which is good for newbie like u .... HERE ... u can ask if u don't understand ...

Added on November 9, 2007, 10:50 amyeah .. i just said that if wanna compare to others platform .... of course in OC there are many things we have to consider ... take me as example .... have to wait almost 1 year to get all those high end hardware before can start oc ... but the wait really paid ...

one other things that important .. the air flow in ur casing ... if u got gud air flow .. it will col down all ur hardware inside ... it's help a abit ...

well, it's a gud experience for him and we all can learn sumthing through what had happen .... so, for u guys who really want to turn into OC hardcore ... get the high end stuffs and go for it ...

10% oc of your 2.8GHz should be around 3.08GHz ... FSB at 220MHz if using 1:1 divider .... i geuss that should be ok for a starter ... ... but if u know the potential ur mobo in OC ... why not go for it all the way ... ... just my opinion only ..

that will on apply for those who have the high end hardware only la .... but for herojack41 ... if he can OC 10% from his unknown KVR chipset it should be ok i think .... of coz if he eager to OC more ... he will find High Performance Ram to replace the KVR and that what have happen to me ...
