QUOTE(bakpakka @ Aug 22 2008, 03:21 PM) I personally find that Leo4All is more stable than Kalyway. It could be just me and my configuration, who knows... may i know what version leo4all was that? izzit the 10.5.4 intel dvd installation sized 2.8gb?One thing I found was that when using Skype, as soon as you try to fire up a voice chat, it would crash (using Kalyway). But on Leo4All, it worked fine. Has anyone used the Asus P5K board? And also run Final Cut Pro on it? I've been digitizing footage, but have been encountering a lag if I use an external Firewire hard drive. If it's the internal drive, no issues. Perhaps it is slow to write to Firewire on this board, though it runs fine on a REAL Macbook Pro. |

^ yeah sure, now i just leave mine at 10.5.2.. i tried 4 or 5 times update with official 10.5.3, but its failed me. i think the best repackage mac was by kalyway. most complete driver :thumb:
btw, have anyone tried JaS 10.5.4? |

QUOTE(catsper @ Sep 24 2008, 04:44 AM) Just installed Kalyway, success after failed to boot from Aitkos. But now no sound coming out. Should be caused by driver problem....anyone has idea where to get correct driver for old Intel board (socket 775)? u have to identify the exact chipset used for the audiothen only u could have ur audio working. btw, ive manage to update my kalyway 10.5.2 to 10.5.3 so i can play SPORE |
