Nowadays they going for Dato Seri and Tan Sri titles. And, agree that evilness is shown in the face. Another thing, once you see many titles and PhDs and chairman in the same person , all listed down for you to see... it’s a sign of a scammer corporation smile.gif another give away is young faces with Dato Seri title.....scammer

Update: His now fugitive accomplice Chen Chin Lung from the day he is still called Pan Shangbai is actually a Dato since 2015.
And he is involved with the "Malaysian" Giant Rail Company deal with Laos, according here.
