"Aixinjueluo" replied with documents, saying he already publicly announced many years ago Qing aristocracy is like a bankrupt company, nothing much to mention, he didn't deny he was originally Pan Shangbai, and self-identifies as Taiwanese. He explains he had the name changed in overseas and return to Taiwan with overseas passport, but Taiwan didn't allow him for the name change (isn't he a Taiwan fugitive?), so that his case was on trial in Taoyuan, Taiwan in 2010.

This "Aixinjueluo" fled to Laos and married a daughter of a general in the country, open up seminar for direct selling and investing in taxi service, "Lao Legend" whisky, energy and bank (Laos Construction Bank).


His bank had been warned by the Chinese government in this notice.
