Agent suddenly info the booking fee has increase to 15k. Anyone heard this news? Is that true?

Sound more like in Putrajaya. Haha.

Yesterday I went to the project areas while doing drone shots for hijauan pantai and cubic botanical. This project seems very near to hijauan pantai and very near to indah water. there was plenty of land there. perhaps more project to be build nearby?

I went to the Suria Pantai too and it just hell of disaster. Alot of car parking of the roadside (2 lane) and it makes only one way to go out and enter the Suria Pantai. Pity to the Suria Pantai owner, if they dont expand the road to 4 lane, at the time of cubic botanical completed, then GOOD LUCK staying there.

any picture that you took to show this fail place? suria pantai is failed from the begining with poor lift to unit ratio sweat.gif

From the master plan of PSP there should be an exit out road from suria pantai to highway ... but it probably gonna takes years to go .. PSP have been very slow

This is under Residensi Wilayah (previously known as RUMAWIP)
Currently overbooked. Bumi may join the waiting list to wait for loan rejection units.
Might need to wait for a few months to get a unit.

Phase 2 = Private project beside Residensi Alamanda

Indicative selling price from RM5XXk
To be launched.


Residensi Alamanda is mainly bumi lots (70%) because developer wants to be able to be able to sell most of the more expensive private project to non-bumi since Phase 1 and Phase 2 are considered as one development and thus the bumi quota applies to the total units of these two phases.

The location of this rumahwip albeit within same vicinity as Suria Pantai, but this is much better located. Good for own stayers (especially bumis).

No la, where got I say this place fail. It just the 2 lane road that ruins everything. A lot of cars park at the roadside (whether they staying at suria pantai or workers at cubic) makes the lane become one lane only. Yesterday, I even need to reverse my car to give way to another car from infront.

New exit out road is good. but 2 lane is unacceptable, atleast they expand to 4 lane. people will park at the roadside for sure.

Fortunately, regarding the lift
For RPH Pantai Hijauan.
Developer back to 6 lifts from 5.... if not would be an issue for 629 units......

Regarding the roadside traffic....
Unfortuantely most rumahwip only allocate 1 car park. some car park not for sell.
So Most of the cars need to park along road side... so RPH would be more intense issue as it is nearest to the mainroad.
