i just went to met the agent last weekend. they require RM6K booking fee before their official launch in April.

My agent is also saying 2k booking fees. First come first choose unit on July or August.
It seems the location is super near to the pantai Sentral park sales gallery. Bumi lot will be 70%, non bumi is 30%. Feel abit risky since the surrounding area is still green land. Not sure what will happen next. Anyone has any idea? The developer is the one who do the nest, nest 2 in OKR. |
