Those with "shipped" status, your phone is 6GB or 8GB variant?

Early morning already arrive at hk.
Maybe its true the already shipped yesterday becoz of public holiday they late update.

walau mine still packed 256gb

Poco memang is shipped from HK.
So it mean the phone is packed 1-Apr, and since then sitting inside poco warehouse till this morning only move to logistics warehouse

Keep checking guys, mine just got updated to shipped from Hong Kong. And the courier also changed from Cainiao to Lex MY/LEL Express

dont know how they handle this lol. yours packed slower than me, but already arrive, mine not yet. i guess its all collected and processed already, they just delay the update only

Hopefully this is the case. Mine also packed since 1st april until now not yet move.
