This, they also have different teams handling the 2 stores. The cs for the global store might not know about the other poco store yet

OK. Let's see. If it is real LazMall, should not be stated in picture only. The Lazada page itself should publish it as LazMall.

Kasi chance la. Give them a few days. Poco certified store has been published by Shopee as ShopeeMall despite being a new store.

so far shopee CS is definitely more efficient than lzd, so no wonder it got Mall status faster there. nod.gif
in few days maybe lzd will update too.

every shopee mall has an agent assigned who will handle your shop's special sale / promo / help you with the setting and such. i dont know how laz mall works though.

That is why i always prefer shopee than lazada. If you look at the poco certified store at shopee, it even has the COD option. How nice is it? Cash on Delivery!

Unfortunately they decided to put Poco F3 in lazada rather than shopee bruce.gif

For me if the case can provide enough buffer then it’s good, normal the case I choose would be thick a bit, btw it’s all up to personal preference.

Imho glossy case will scratch easily if I am using
