Can you confirm we can only watch 2 screen/devices at the same time?

Anyone find the video quality is bad? Kinda intermittent low and medium quality, and we cant even choose the quality of some of the video (e.g cars). I try to stream from a browser "friendly streaming" usually use to stream Netflix with no problem with the quality.
