Buy before your 1st year warranty ends.

ACPP adds another 2 years, making it a total of 3 years.

If you're getting the white MacBook, get a case or skin since the glossy surface gets scratches easily.

As for eBay sellers, go for the cheapest deal from a reputable seller. Anything above 99% is good.

The current MacBook will address up to 4GB of RAM.

I have the mighty mouse and I'll advice you to get another mouse. The MMouse has some issues with the scroll ball. If you're the type that can't stand your laptop getting stains, get all the protection you need.

Does clicking on the mouse brings your MacBook out of sleep?

What temperature are you running at? Is the fan running at full speed?

If it's under warranty, no fees will be charged.

You can try sending it to VR Tech for them to quote you and ask if then can replace it.

You'll need to mess around with the configuration in System Pref > Display

You will see 2 "screen" and you can can't the resolution from there.

Seems alright in my area. More likely to be a ISP issue.

The BT Mighty Mouse DOES work in Windows XP.

I am using it right now. First off, you need to pair it with the passkey 0000 - then in windows, go to “Bluetooth Configuration”, then select the Might Mouse, click “Properties”, then go to the “Services” tab.

Once there, click the checkbox in the list, then OK.

It works fine, I’m using it right now. If you google, you will find many references on this exact thing.

The previous MBP has a better screen compared to the new MB. The old MBP is 50% faster in terms of graphics performance compared to the aluminium MB. I think you should consider the old MBP since you have been using a larger screen all the while and the MBP screen is better for movies. Alternatively, you could just get the aluminium MB and probably a 22" monitor for movies.

As for movies, there is bunch of P2P and Bittorrent applications that will do the job just fine on Macs. Just to name a few, Azureus, Limewire, Transmission etc.

I think you stand a better chance of asking for an exchange if you inspect the goods in the store itself. Spend a good 10-20 mins checking before leaving and that should save you the hassle.

It is in L, American Apparel sizing. 21" under the arm, 31" top to bottom.
