I bought 70mai Dashcam Pro Plus+ A500S Rear Cam Set + the car park hardwire kit.
I know the standard installation is to hook it up with car's battery.
Does anyone connect this to a 12V dry battery (like battery used by CCTV as backup?) Just a thought. (To prevent the car battery from going flat?)

Btw, is it difficult to install for Honda HR-V myself? With the hardwire kit. Seen any video guide?
