Hi, my phone is s21u.. i use celcom, when connect to 4g+ , mobile data is very slow.. but when connect to maxis 4g.. speed is normal..
And it is not problem with celcom because my wife phone also use celcom.. no problem with speed, 10MBps min.
Already factory reset, problem seems gone initially, but after few hours the line become slow.. around 1MBps download speed..
Anyone having the sama problem? Tq

celcom aka sialcom forever slow. lousy telco in the world. Always claim celcom territory everywhere, but coverage strength weak like hell. Full bar can drop to 1 bar at anytime. Sometimes full bar but 4G line turtle. Always claim it is normal & service at peak.
I dare to say loudly & accuse CELCOM Malaysia is world lousy telco. I even scold & curse their call center staff & stupid sleeping CEO. Nothing happen.
