Opposite the site is Annex, 2 stretch of new shoplots have couple of shops but mostly with onsale/rent banners …

Hope UEM will rejuvenate the place to bring the quality up … but quite hard
… best if they bought and demolish everything

To rejuvenate the place, it needs huge crowd.
Not sure the summation of all phases of this project can supply the crowd.

Location wise, when Mailan bought over Ceras Sentral, there was a hope that this place can be an interchange with mrt2...
Who knows, there was a "last minute realignment" of mrt2 and "dropped" the "rumored original proposal" from pandan to Ceras sentral till the mines.
Tak jadi interchange. Remain as just an MRT stop.

Between the two that build high dense apartments, l would rather choose the "new comer" Sunrice than MS.
At least Sunrice has better reputation.
Let's see if Sunrice reputation will be impacted after this project.

Belakang is not relatively bad, as it is a short driving distance to bt11 MRT stn. Of course, the Tmn Connaughty stn saves 4 stns to city compared to bt11.

Anyway, glad to know that you plan it for own stay and you have already known the potential risks. Congraz!

I never say this..but amongst the 3 MRT lines, this line is the best thus far that goes thru most existing corporate hq/mnc offices, eg bkt binatang till bdr utama with and trex(upcoming) and mauduitkah 118(upcoming).
For long term investors, the Connaughty one is a FH project with KL address from a tier1 developer that suits long term holding....

This Connaughty location is tod with walakay to MRT stn while tenure is freehold and it is a "lower tier" sunrice product.
Hence dev save some ads cost.

In fact l wonder why they spend money renovating the sales gallery beside sli batera.. (understand the dev has reputation)
