Hearsay the current package they ask buyer to pay 1% downpayment/deposit .. it’s gonna easily cost 5-8k depends spa price. This will slowdown the sales but filtered some buyer…

From Puteri passing by IOI Mall to Subang/OUG (around 12km), my weekend trips can easily take up to 1 hour.
The funny thing is: if I start from Subang to OUG, the similar 12km distance only takes about 30 minutes.

Yes, “everywhere is jam”, but some locations are simply more tolerable. Ask anyone — if a typical 5km drive takes 10 minutes, would they prefer that jam to become 20 minutes, or 40 minutes during their rest day weekends?
Weekday everyday jam 1hour liao, at least weekend jam 30mins also sounds better mah right?

If given a choice I also prefer to move away from puteri honestly...

this place is jam because it has many units along the small radius, easily over 7k - 10k units if those new phases or project completed
when you can't deny the fact, don't use "KL where got no jam" this kind of lame excuse to justify the high density in the area
