Hopefully not too much investors lah, I bought a small type B unit at block B (this block don't have studio unit) for ownstay purpose. 

i think many ppl buy 2 rooms also for investment 

anyway 660 units still got 600+ units to go 

many buy 2 rooms unit and partition into 3 rooms
cuz 3 rooms partition into 4 rooms is too much

as long as a condo is near mrt, usually will be more to investment oriented

lmao developer isnt going to bear any maintenance fee for owners la

they will pass back to owners to manage anyway
