Played the original Alone in the Dark 1. Amazing soundtrack on the CD. Was my first experience in playing 3rd person adventure games together with Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Father. Looking back, I was not good at solving the puzzles due to lack of experience, finished both by buying a hintbook. No internet that time.

Although preconfigured with DosBox, experience with it is helpful.

Thinking whether to complete Alone in the Dark 2 and 3 to challenge myself... 🤔

XIII - Classic <Link> RM 3.87
Getting this for my Steam collection. An amazing cel shaded game based on the first 5 tomes of XIII comic series <Link>. Played this years ago and saddest part is that this game ends in a cliffhanger. I wish a sequel will be released.
A remake was also released but it is full of bugs and not worth buying.

Playing the usual game...

Some replay screenshots using HD client at 1440p using Ultra settings.
Took this last year to make a storyboard. Unfortunately, I didn't use historical settings and it doesn't really look nice with all the fictional and fantasy camouflages of some tanks. Tried to make another set of screenshots of the battle with non-historical elements turned off but the game was updated and I no longer can play the battle replay file.









This game need an understanding of the gameplay mechanics and knowledge of the map terrain else you wont survive long in battles. And it takes a while to master... Not your typical FPS.

Enjoyed the original Space Marine. Loved the storyline and the scenes. Bought mine on July 2nd, 2012 for USD 19.86 with all DLCs after 75% discount. The price now is quite expensive; almost double after the Space Marine 2 sequel announcement.
