I think donโ€™t need to over worry for commercials, later on it should do really well due to one part of this township being tourism focused.

The commercial earliest completion is 3Q/4Q 2024 but if VP, may be drag to 1Q 2025. Palma Sands residents will need to get their groceries and stuffs from outside for 1-2 years.

went to ride around, the baricade got a small road can ride into palma sands. saw the palma sands status, still got aircond piping hanging around, roads also not yet even start to build yet.

It will be helpful if can drone over to see if the area is impacted by recent flood.

Only worry this area is the main water retentation and the wetlands will be flooded which will impact the housing, commercial and parks.

At 1.4+ m, you just need to add a little bit more to get a real 40c80 Semi-D at 1.7+ m.
