Yes can share referral rebate with existing buyer. New launching "Mio Spring" is Japanese concept just like "Enso Woods" expected to be launch by November 2022.

New launch expensive than previous is normal for any project. Cant say more, its depend on your preference and consideration.
Price, distance, location, environment, leasehold, freehold.



Next launch will be Mio Spring with minimalist Japanese concept. Same as Enso Woods but the layout slightly improve.

Exactly the same situation as mine and until today, am still exploring all new landed properties around KV.

The other project - Gamuda Garden in Rawang also on my radar.

Planning to visit another project - Sunsuria city which is next to Serenia.

if you looking for unique design not just normal terrace layout you should wait for Spring Mio. There will have 6-7 unique design to choose

im only exploring around cyberjaya area mainly due to the SJKC Union, and possibility of SMJKC Union (like in PG but this might be very very low) and also nearer to puchong.
Dengkil/Puchong/SK/16Siera, skip, mainly either too expensive and/or too jam in the surrounding.

i end up booking gamuda cove palma sands. now applying for loan.

reason for passing serenia, mainly due to traffic jam sweat.gif sweat.gif although they are about 100k cheaper than gamuda cove.
im a person that hates traffic jam even if going to short distance. too fedup with the jams in puchong and pj already.

I think Gamuda cove will be a good stay, saw the master plan and have high potential. Bought a unit in Maya myself

for palma sands 20x70 size saja got more rebates but is already sold out but can always try to ask as anytime last minute got ppl cancel or loan reject unit. other sizes are all 7% saja.

yup, construction will start at 2024, estimated completion by 2027 is wat was told to me by the SA.
