Started got people complaint the Elite highway jam without any accident, due to driver slow down just to see the splash mania iconic pirate ship. After GC the road is clear. biggrin.gif

would like to ask, why this and not Eco forest in semenyih?, distant abt same, 45km++ to PJ.

nothing much, there are no retail stores or anything as of now. the standard stuff on a new township, expect to have more things to build and fully populate within the next 10 yrs.
now, for palma sands residence, to buy groceries, food, etc, need to head to the next nearest town which is cyberjaya or dengkil.
probably enso woods/mio spring VP time, shoplots should be available and have shops open already.

thats ppl preference. some ppl prefer to be near to puchong, cyberjaya, putrajaya, klia/klia2

eg. it has 60 acres central lake park with 75km cycling path within the township
then it also have european style retails
it will have local school, education hub district and wellness district too
not to forget it has shopping mall like Quay Side Mall 257, and also offices and more retails and commercial area
so when upon completion of 1530acres township, it will be a Happening City
and ya, it's next to ELITE highway and with Cyberjaya link bridge which 2km can reach Cyber and nearer to Subang and Puchong
that's why with all these, it's more well-acceptable than Semenyih or Dengkil i think
as ppl prefer well-planned place and it's by gamuda, so still believable enough lah

anything can PM me, still have some Mio Spring Type C 22x70 and Type F 34x60 now, if 20x65, 26x65, 26x80 is fully booked, but can wait unit lah
