Just got an Enso Wood unit after very much consideration.

Any idea usually how long does Gamuda's lawyer take to process the signed S&P?
I belief this needs to be done before Bank proceeds approval of loan.

What is the price and built up? Usually loan can be processed based on booking form. Only after loan approved, the lawyer will call you for signing

The first priority must get Bank approve your loan application and get the bank offer letter before S&P stuffs. You don't want get into the trouble after signed S&P then only know Bank reject.

Yup , got the Bank Loan Offer and then signed my S&P with Gamuda's lawyer.

Now I'm just wondering the next step and how long it takes biggrin.gif . Understood once the lawyer stamp's the S&P and process it, they will pass the baton to the Bank. The bank will then finalize my Loan Agreement and pass to me to sign


[24/5/2022 4PM - UPDATE] After 3 weeks. Today, The Lawyer just called me for next step.

how are you guys considering this place when it is leasehold and in/out also need to pay toll?
im still considering to get 1 unit here

If you did the study of the master plan of the entire township, you should know developer is building the non-toll flyover to Cyberjaya. You can use this non-toll flyover to other places like Cyberjaya/Putrajaya, take MRT 2 (opening Jan 2023), go to KL via MEX.

About leasehold, for me not an issue because I will not stay for 99 years there biggrin.gif

thanks. still taking into consideration, now considering on financial as this is my 2nd house for own stay. if get this, no need to bring kids go for holidays liao whistling.gif whistling.gif
