for low levels, there will be a lot of noise from the Putra LRT train and the new elevated highway. do you have experience renting out such units?
the investors will need to spend some money for sound proofing? 

also want to confirm the floor to ceiling height for soho transit?

Last time, all ppl saying 500sqft studio is small... but now many ppl getting comfortable with studio for its  privacy. 

Don’t choose the unit that close to LRT track, of course there is good unit and bad unit in a single building, personally I prefer higher floor and unit number 7 to 16. For jelatek station their operating hours is until 11:40PM only, still boleh tidur la 

For this project the higher floor u choose the better, because all are the same price, don’t have floor premium, but your future purchaser might not know about this, so you can jack up a bit the price for subsales.

The ceiling height will be 9.3m.
