Trying to login again, can't remember my username, when I want to click 'forgot username' and enter my HP number they just say 'something went wrong'. Anyone experienced this? Not gonna bother calling their CS if its a common issue.

Got so fed up with this app on iOS. Always cannot open, or ask to update to the latest version (when there is no update at all) and app just stuck there.

On iOS as well? Your previous screenshots "recruiting" people to join you don't show that you are on iOS.

Does Foneapp support GrabPay Later? it shows Pay Later before the go into GrabPay interface but once logged in GrabPay says not available for this shop

I think no.. even epay show that screen but unable to buy with paylater

I cannot open this app for so long. I also park there now. Already reinstalled but still cannot.
Maybe I will just use my Android spare phone for it..

I have this problem today. I'm on Android. I was asked to update too. Just did a reinstallation, and same update message popped up again. Did the update again. Then waited and waited and waited..... probably a couple of minutes, and then I got the login screen. So put in username and otp and it went back to the same starting screen again.... then waited and waited for a couple of minutes again, then only the app opened.

I can only say you have such high patience.

Yes, on Android, the solution is to reinstall app and wait till the login screen pop up.

Terrible app. Even Android version is not any better for me.

This is a terrible app. Since it’s collecting our money, I believe it’s under BNM’s scope? I wanna complain to BNM that their app is terrible and this is a cheating attempt to lock our money inside.

I tried both Android and iOS also no help.

Too bad, this fonneapp is not under BNM scope. I noticed that this foneapp is doing update inside the apps itself instead of using the the update service from Google Play. If you notice the Google Play last release date was last year 10 Nov 2020.

I have even cleaned the app data for Andriod. it works for me after i clean data and i manage to login,

By right it should be under e-money issuers (non-bank) because it can be use in public area like kk-mart. But i cant find it in the BNM list.
