First time used it to pay Air Selangor, is it normal that it is not reflected instantly on Air Selangor app? I used on TNB and Astro earlier, they were reflected right away though.

I still have credits and used it to pay TIME broadband at midnight but until now it’s not reflected yet. How long does it take ya?

Got so fed up with this app on iOS. Always cannot open, or ask to update to the latest version (when there is no update at all) and app just stuck there.

Am I the only one?

I cannot open this app for so long. I also park there now. mad.gif Already reinstalled but still cannot.
Maybe I will just use my Android spare phone for it..

This is a terrible app. Since it’s collecting our money, I believe it’s under BNM’s scope? I wanna complain to BNM that their app is terrible and this is a cheating attempt to lock our money inside.

I tried both Android and iOS also no help.

Good point that it converts into FV units. Damn. Looks like no other option but to continue living with it.
Can't wait to finish off the stored balance in the tool and delete this app for good.

Advance paid my UniFi to clear off the balance. Finally, I’m done with this crappy app. Once it’s reflected on UniFi, I will delete this app for good.

I would strongly suggest to you all that once you manage to login, please clear all the balance because you do not know what will happen to your next login.

I did an advanced payment to my UniFi account to clear all the credit in FoneApp, it took me few attempts to login but once I succeeded, I quickly cleared the balance. I checked on UniFi app and once money is in, I deleted this app for good. Best decision ever.

the continuous app instability is a bit concerning.

the app is not approved by BNM, so our $$ is at risk being managed by FoneApp.

if the app down indefinitely, our money inside is stucked. if they tapao their business, we have no proper channel to file complaint to get money back (worst case scenario)
