I have a kenwood major with a  6.7L bowl.
It is a big and heavy machine.
Whenever want to use, need to take it out from deep inside my kitchen cabinet.
After use need to put it back deep inside the cabinet.

Mix cement (small patchwork repair, not making building slab), mix paint all pakai bosch also ok tongue.gif

Actually even buying a big enough 3hp or 5hp motor + inverter for speed control + mixer head wont even touch 1k. The rest is just branding.

Kenwood cheaper but the attachment expensive
Seriously should consider those rm400 lazada one. Not much difference
*
Got any useful attachment? The only one I can think of is food processor. But even then kitchenaid and kenwood both around same price (400+)

Define seldom use? I’m thinking of downgrading my mixer to Kitchen Aid. I use my mixer once every week or two.

Ayam thinking about the space, small kitchen ma. Hand mixer save space but hand will be tired. Saw some 200w, 300w ones. Cheap cheap below rm100, got no juta-juta to spend like TS.

Still browsing, undecided on brands and price.
*
Mine also small kitchen but can hide in cabinet la. When want to use only bring out

Ayam want baking small size only 4.8l. Kenwood cheaper but kitchenaid looks nicer.

Kitchenaid 3.6k
Kenwood 1.5j

My gf was using a Kenwood for her channel. It was a 4 year old one she bought 2nd hand when she started out 2 years ago.

The issue? It does not mix as well because the paddle and J hook attachments does not reach to the bottom of the bowl.

It was replaced with a KitchenAid Artisan for Christmas and no looking back there as everything about it is better.

Another one worth checking out is the SMEG, nice looks and currently Harvey Norman is clearing away the display models at a big discount. Good performance, good looks but Smeg parts are extremely expensive in this country.

Go for cheapest one. Rm300 product oso good ady. Probably only baked 1-2 times then keep in the shelve forever.

True story

Everyone thinks make bread must have a big machine.

Learn from this guy Jack, he kneads his dough by hand. No need machine.
He is an expert on making bread.

If bake cake only, then kitchen aid. If you want to knead dough, kenwood better. But then kenwood is fugly. If buy kenwood, one need to figure out how to hide the mixer.
