Since there is millions of software in this world, all software has their system requirement clearly stated on their software and not hardware that going to list millions of software that it support. Hardware only provided which OS it's supported and Intel recommend Windows 10. So, just check with your software supplier on the support of windows 10 and the requirement.

All Intel NUC are capable of running 24/7 and also it's protected with 3 Years Warranty but make sure the environment and surrounding temperature & airflow are suitable. Example not putting in direct sunlight or extreme hot, heat and dusty area.
